Refund Policy for Aston Waterfront

Thank you for choosing Aston Waterfront. We understand that plans change, and we've crafted our refund policy with flexibility in mind. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our refund policy:

1. Booking and Payments:

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • If any remaining balance exists, it will be due at a later specified date.

2. Cancellation and Refunds:

  • If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before your scheduled arrival, you will receive a 100% refund of all prepayments made.
  • If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before your scheduled arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of all prepayments made.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before your scheduled arrival are non-refundable, and you will not be entitled to any refund.

3. Pre-Authorization:

  • A pre-authorization hold of AUD 400.00 will be placed on your payment method 48 hours before your arrival.
  • This pre-authorization hold will be voided and released 48 hours after your departure, given that no damages or additional charges have been incurred.
